FAQs

What time is Check-In and Check-Out?

  • Rooms are not guaranteed until after 4pm.  Guests who choose to check-in earlier than 4pm can use the facility until their room is ready and are provided their parking tag.  A text will be sent as soon as the room is ready to be checked in.
  • Check-out is before 10am.

Is there a possibility for early check-in and late check-out?

  • Early Check-in can be guaranteed by 1pm for fee; based on availability
    • 2 room suites = $55 plus tax
    • 3 room suites = $75 plus tax
    • 4 room suites = $100 plus tax
  • Late Check-out can extended until 4pm for $55 plus tax; based on availability

How do I guarantee a specific room number or floor number?

  • A specific room or floor can be guaranteed for a flat fee of $35 plus tax.

How many parking spaces are given per room?

  • Each room is given 1 parking space. C4/C6,D4,E4/E6,FS & PH3 are the only units that are given 2 parking spaces.  

Where is additional parking located?

  • Guests with more than 1 car are directed to park for free in the residential area across the street.

What is the Smoking Policy?

As of 2022 we are a complete NON-SMOKING facility

  • Smoking of any kind is PROHIBITED on our property. This includes cigarette smoking, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the rooms or on the balconies. Additionally, NO Smoking of any kind is permitted in the pool area, sundecks or patio areas. Smoking of any kind will result in a fine of $200.
  • Although Marijuana is legal in the State of NJ, the smoking of marijuana is PROHIBITED on our property. Smoking of marijuana anywhere on our property will incur a $200 fine.

Are pool and beach towels provided?

  • Pool towels are provided by the hotel, however Guests’ are encouraged to bring their own.  Pool towels provided are not to be taken to the beach.

What are the hours for the pool?

  • Pool hours are from 10am-10pm. 

Are specific rooms numbers of floors able to be requested?

  • Yes, guests can request specific locations of their rooms for a $35 Guarantee.  

Is maid service provided?

  • Housekeeping Staff will not be enter a guest room for cleaning on a daily basis.  Guests are asked to put all Dirty Towels, Trash and Recycling in the designated bins provided and place them outside their room between the hours of 9am and Noon.
  • A check list will be provided to each room for guests to request extra towels, linens, toiletries, etc. for each day during their stay.  All items will be placed in a clear bag outside the guest’s room. 
  • Guest’s that would like housekeeping to enter for a room make-up for extended stays of 5 days or more can request service.  Guest’s must be out of room for service.

Is the Restaurant open for in-door dining?

  • Yes, the restaurant is open for indoor/outdoor dining and takeout.
