
Q: What time is Check-In and Check-Out?
A: Check-In is 2 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 3 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Check-Out is always 11 a.m.
Q: What if I arrive early? Can I still Check-in?
A: Yes and No. Anyone arriving early for Check-in can take care of all balances and paperwork for registration. If your room is ready, yes, you may be able to get your room key. Rooms, however, are not guaranteed until Check-In time. After registering, you may park your car, space permitting, and use all of the hotel facilities. We provide bathrooms for changing into swimwear and encourage all guests to take advantage of the day; you can enjoy the pool, the beach or the boardwalk!
Q: Are late check-outs available?
A: During the peak season, we cannot accommodate late check-outs. During non-peak times, however, a late-check out is offered for a nominal fee only if your room is available.
Q: If our family/group is running past the check-out time, will there be a charge?
A: No. There is a grace period during the check-out time for families and groups to gather their belongings and pack up their cars. However, the room key cards will expire shortly after 11 a.m. and you will not be able to re-enter your room.
Q: How many parking spots are provided for each room?
A: One parking spot per room is permitted. Two cars are only permitted for the C4, D4, E4, PH3, and FS style units.
Q: If I have two cars and only one parking spot, where do I park my second car?
A: There is free residential parking located within a couple of blocks of the hotel. Our parking spaces are limited; we apologize for the inconvenience.
Q: Is it possible to buy an extra parking spot?
A: No. There are no available parking spots to be purchased.
Q: Is there a fee to use the Cardio Room?
A: No. The Cardio Room is free for all registered guests. However, there is an age restriction of 18 years or older, unless accompanied by an adult.
Q: Is maid service provided?
A: Yes. Daily housekeeping services are provided for each room. If you do not wish to receive this service, please advise the front desk upon check-in.
Q: Does the hotel provide pool and/or beach towels?
A: No. You must bring your own pool and/or beach towels with you. We only provide bath towels and wash cloths for use in the rooms.
Q: Is the Pool heated and how late is it open?
A: Yes, our pool is heated. It is open until 10 p.m. daily, weather permitting.
Q: Where are the designated smoking areas?
A: Since smoking is NOT permitted inside the rooms, on the balconies or in the hallways, designated smoking areas are provided. They are located in the open-air, common areas of the hotel including the 1st floor pool area, the 2nd floor sundeck and in the game room/meeting room area. Please be advised that a cleaning fee will be incurred if any smoke is detected in your room.
Q: Are there hair dryers in the room?
A: Yes. Hair dryers are provided in every bathroom.
Q: Do you have irons? or should I bring my own?
A: Yes. Irons are provided at the front desk. The ironing boards are located in the guest laundry room on the 1st floor. Ironing in a guest room is NOT permitted.
Q: What toiletries do you have?
A: We offer soap, conditioning shampoo and body lotion.
Q: Is there a charge for crib and/or cot rentals?
A: No. Cribs and/or cots are complimentary. Quantities are based on availability. Please advise us when you make your reservation or at check-in if you need a crib and/or cot.
Q: Is a restaurant located on the premises?
A: Yes. The Adventurer Pancake House and Family Restaurant is located on the 1st floor, oceanfront side of the building.
Q: Is there somewhere to wash off from the beach?
A: Yes. There is a washing station on the oceanfront side of the building, just before entering. Guests are encouraged to wash sand off there before entering the building or the pool area.
Q: Is the boardwalk side of the building noisy?
A: No. We are located at the beginning of the boardwalk which has shops, eateries and arcades. The rides are 3/4 to 1 mile up the boardwalk, so you do not hear any noise from them.
Q: Are DVD players in the rooms?
A: No. There are not DVD players in each guest room. DVD players are available at the front desk. There is a $20 refundable usage fee for each DVD player. DVD player quantities are limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.
Q: Can I buy discounted tickets for the amusement parks and/or waterparks at the hotel?
A: Yes. You can purchase discounted tickets for Morey's Piers Amusement Parks and Waterparks at the front desk during your stay.
Q: How far are the rides from the motel?
A: The first amusement pier is approximately 3/4 mile from the hotel. You can walk, drive or take the tram car.
Q: How far is the Wildwoods Convention Center from the Hotel?
A: The Wildwoods Convention Center is only 800 yards away. It is a short walk from our hotel. We are the closest motel to the Convention Center in Wildwood Crest.
