Deposits
A deposit for one (1) or two (2) nights (depending on your length of stay) is required
to confirm reservation and is applied to the last days of your stay. Deposits can be made
by credit card (Visa, Master Card and Discover Only —American Express is not accepted), personal checks or money order. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only
providing the check is received 15 days prior to intended arrival. Reservation will
automatically be cancelled if deposit is not received within one week from the date the
reservation was made. Reservations are held until 6pm unless notified of later arrival.
Cancellations
Individual Reservations: Refunds considered by management only if notification of cancellation is received
30 days prior to arrival date. A service charge of 25% will be deducted
from the original deposit for refunds on all cancellations. There will be no refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date. Deposits and unused days are not transferable to another guest or time period. There are no refunds for early departures after check-in. Changes to reservation are subject to additional fee and current rates. Date changes may void original reservation. Acceptance of such changes is solely within the discretion of the Adventurer Oceanfront Inn.
Group Reservations: Room blocks for Group Reservations must notify of cancellation seven (7) weeks prior to arrival date. A service charge of 25% will be deducted from the original deposit for refund on all group reservation cancellations. Deposits and unused days are not transferable to another guest or time period and there are no refunds for early departures. Changes to reservation are subject to additional fee and current rates. Date changes may void original reservation. Acceptance of such changes is solely within the discretion of the Adventurer Oceanfront Inn.
General Reservation and Payment Information
Balances are due upon arrival in cash, traveler's checks, money order or credit card (Visa, Master Card and Discover ONLY - American Express is not accepted). We cannot accept personal or business checks. A $12.00 per day discount applies to each remaining unpaid day for reservation dates between 7/5 - 8/29 when the balance is paid in cash. Personal
checks are acceptable for deposit only. Discounts are given if full balance for advanced
reservations is paid in Cash Only. A $5.00 per day discount applies to all other dates when the balance is paid in cash. Cash discount
does not apply to packages, discounted rates, or certified checks. Balances for packages
must be paid in cash. Credit cards will not be accepted. Balances for packages cannot be paid in advance. The $12.00 and $5.00 cash discounts do not apply to package balances or discounted rates.
Terms and Conditions
A deposit is
required to confirm a reservation. Minimum stays may apply. All rates posted
on website and in brochure are for advance reservations. Weekly stays are preferred for Penthouse and Family Suite room styles. Rates do not apply
to groups, conventions, holidays, weekend and event weekends. Maximum occupancy
rates applied in July through August. Rates are based on availability and
subject to change unless secured by an advanced reservation. Children are
not included in packages. No refund due to weather or early check out. No
pets allowed. Cribs are available at an additional charge. Unused days or
deposits are not transferable to another guest or time period. Misrepresentation
voids reservation. Please be advised that since the accommodations are held
for the date of your reservation, you are obligated for the entire stay.
Children age 6 and under are free, however ALL children and infants must be included in the room occupancy total. All reservations are subject to confirmation
and are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, or causes or conditions
beyond our control.
